Dear Visitor,
We are committed to providing the highest standard of care at Manor Rest Home. Following our recent change in ownership, we are actively working towards achieving a ‘Good’ rating in our upcoming CQC inspection. The previous inspection identified areas for improvement related to management and documentation, rather than the quality of care provided to our residents. With a new management team in place and significant progress already made, we are ensuring that all necessary improvements are completed to the highest standard. We continue to work closely with Southend City Council to finalise these upgrades and are confident that our next inspection will reflect the dedication and hard work of our team.
